Judy was a good friend that I met late in life. We sat next to each other in Our Lady of Sorrows Choir and bonded over shared back pain. Coincidently, Judy and I had the same back surgery, the same day, at the same hospital. She was down the hall from me! Judy was one of the most resilient people I have ever met. Just a month before she died, I went into New York with her and Leonard to see the Broadway musical "Suffs". And just two weeks before her death she was visiting at my home with her son Jack and her husband Leonard. She had a varied and interesting life, and I loved to hear her talk about it. I will miss her very much. Rest in peace, Judy.
