Dear Carol's family, I am a member of St. Mary's and as such I knew Carol since about 2000. I'm sorry i could not attend the service today. I will remember her hearty laugh, common sense and sense of humor in the face of adversity. I remember her saying, cheerfully when beginning successful chemotherapy some years ago, "Well, I'll just have to take my punishment." An inspiring attitude to be emulated!
