Obituary of Xianhong Lu

Xianhong Lu, 73, of Springfield, NJ, passed away at Saint Barnabas Medical Center on May 20, 2025.

Born in Shanghai, China, Xianhong spent much of her life in Shanghai. In 2016, she moved to the USA with her husband and lived in New Jersey since then.  

Xiaohong was full of life. She enjoyed baking, cooking, sewing, growing vegetables, and making jewels. She deeply loved her family and extended family. Most of all, Xianhong was caring and generous. She will always be remembered for her kindness to everyone around her.   

She is survived by her loving husband and daughter, Zheng Lin and Dayu Lin; her son-in-law, Xiaoqing Han; her grandchildren, Leyi Han and Yikai Han; her four sisters in Shanghai and Australia; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home 2122 Millburn Avenue, Maplewood, NJ on Tuesday, May 27^th from 10am to 11:30am. Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains.    

陆献虹女士于2025年5月20日星期二在圣巴拿巴医疗中心去世，享年73岁。

陆女士生于中国上海，在那里和四个姐妹一起快乐长大。后来， 她在上海工作，结婚，生女，度过了一生的大多时光。她在2016年与先生一起移居美国新泽西，度过了生命的最后10年。

她是一个热爱生活的人，喜欢做菜，烘培，种菜，做手工和裁纫。她为人大方热情，乐于助人，不计较得失。她总是记得别人的好，滴水之恩，涌泉向报。 她的一生多次重病，但一直乐观开朗，从不放弃。她很爱她的家人，姐妹和朋友。于是，也有很多很多爱她的人。

陆献虹女士的追悼会将在2025年，5月 27日早上10点，Jacob A. Holle殡仪馆进行 （地址：2122 Millburn Avenue, Maplewood, NJ）。 之后，献虹将安息于新泽西斯科奇普莱恩斯Hillside墓园。
