Paty and Family, I had the pleasure of working with Frank for 8 years in the Government and Marine Business Unit at Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Company (IDP). During that time IDP grew to become the single largest supplier of critical pump machinery to the United States Navy. Frank was instrumental in that success. He was the “go to guy” for our navy customers. He was also the “go to guy” for his business associates. Frank was simply a great person to work with and for all of us to call "friend". Patty and family, I’m so sorry to hear about Frank. It’s been so many years since I’ve seen him, but I remember the fun times working with him at Ingersoll / IDP. Patty, family and friends...I am very sorry to hear the passing of Frank. He was such a great, down-to-earth friendly guy with that big old smile on his face whenever I saw him. I will always have great memories of you, Frank, Wayn-O and I winding down the golf outings with many great stories and laughs. I met Frank when our companies merged and we became IDP in 1992. He, and Johnny G, put together a set of clubs for me to use at the first company golf outing I played in (probably 2000). That got me started in golf. My wife and I were looking at pop-up campers (around 2002), when he & Patty, were taking a second look at the one they were most interested in. We eventually bought theirs when they decided to upsize. When Liz & I bought our second house, it ended up being about 10 doors down, and 1 block over, from Frank. We often got to talk on the street as neighbors do. Subjects were often golf, camping and neighbors. This is besides the many, many conversations we had about the pump business we both spent our careers in. Conversation that taught me much. I will miss Frank. Liz & I send our deepest condolences to Patty, Kelly, Kristina and their loved ones. We share in your loss and will hold you in our prayers.

My condolences to the family and friends of Frank. He was a great mentor to everyone that he touched at Curtiss-Wright. He never ceased to amaze me with his never ending knowledge of government contracting. Frank was a great negotiator; his unique style of humor was quick and sharp and he always got his point across. I had such respect for him as a colleague, friend and human being. Frank will be missed and thought of often.
