My condolences to Joanne’s family. I was a Municipal Clerk in Union County and Joanne was a Godsend to all of us. Guiding us trough elections and keeping us informed on all new Election Laws. We knew we could count on her. She will be missed.

Joanne and I went to St Rose of Lima elementary school together until I moved away after 6th grade. I have wonderful memories of her and her mom especially of our last Halloween party at her house. I also very fondly remember visiting with her and the family at the shore house for several days and riding back to Short Hills with her dad, a somewhat scary adventure, Our big sisters were also friends. I have lost touch with Joanne over the years but have followed her career with great delight I am very proud of her and proud to have been her friend during those early developmental years. My prayers are to her family and especially her sons who I am sure will miss her deeply My condolences, Kathleen (aka Kathy) Dameo Short Hills, Bridgewater NJ, Bethesd MD
