Loving grandfather of Todd, Kyle, Scott and Adam Derkacz. Dear brother of Michael Derkacz and Shirley Gile. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood on Sat, June 24th at 11:00 AM. Interment Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Visiting hours Friday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Overlook Hospital Foundation, Oncology Unit 36 Upper Overlook Rd, Summit, NJ 07901 would be appreciated.
