Obituary of Paula T. Platt

Paula T. Platt, age 75, passed away on September 23rd at home in Montville, New Jersey.

She was born in Richmond, Virginia to the late Mary T. Platt Armstrong and Teddy Platt.  At an early age she moved to Plainfield, New Jersey where she attended school.  In 1966, she started working at Inroads to Opportunities in Roselle, New Jersey and worked there for over 53 years before retiring in 2019.  

Paula brought joy and happiness to all.  She had a kind and gentle spirit and always was willing to strike up a conversation with everyone.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, shopping, dancing and going to church.  She truly enjoyed life and never had a cross word to say to or about anyone.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her two aunts, Abigail Hardy and Marie Lattimore, both of Plainfield, New Jersey, many cousins and a host of friends that she made throughout her life.
