A loving and gracious man. We had a loving relationship from 2007 until 2017, until I moved from New York City to Maryland and from there , we lost touch with one another until the COVID 19 pandemic. I was so devastated when I heard he passed away on November 29, 2020. My wonderful memories of him as a loving and kind hearted person.

Dr. Joel Moskowitz and Judi Moskowitz only just found out about Frank's yesterday 4/16/2021. We are shocked....We have our dental practice right up the road from his (McDonald's) We started in 1976 and he came in 1988.....He was a man of deep integrity and always had a smile on his face....was always a gentleman and Judi could always count on a hug and kiss. He was by his own admission a true dentalphobe...but we loved him.

Frank, I will cherish our talks, our political differences and remember the wonderful weekend in August we spent in Salem, Massachusetts. I am happy that I was able to take you to Gloucester, the town of some of your beloved artists. I am only sorry that I never made it to New Jersey. Our plan was to have you better before I took the journey. I will miss you, my dear! With love, a heartbroken Linda
