Pia was my college classmate and dormmate. We shared a lot of adventures together - in Diliman, Baguio and Tarlac. She was such a kind, bubbly and caring friend.
Rest in God's loving arms, dear Pia.

What I remember most about Aunt Pia is her smile because it was seemingly ever present. The presence of her smile was evidence of the fact that she was full and content in the Lord. The smile, her kindness and peaceful, genuine nature where the fruits of the Spirit which she poured out for others to see and enjoy. To know my Aunt Pia was to be blessed with the presence of the Holy Spirit that dwelled in her. While we are sad to say goodbye we know she is no longer ill or hurting and is instead seated at the foot of the throne of the Father, perfect and complete. We love you Aunt Pia!
Myself and the kids send our sincerest condolences to Uncle Paul, Lindiz and Hannah. I know you are grieving, give yourself permission to take your time and go through the full process in whatever way you need to. We will be doing the only thing we know how to support you, especially given our distance, we will be praying a covering of peace and comfort for you during this difficult time. We love you all!

Pi, you were one of the strongest person I have ever known. You showed that real strength does not lie in the muscles but in the spirit. You had such an extraordinary fighting spirit and your unwavering positivity throughout your difficult journey is truly an inspiration. I was very blessed and touched to have known you and to have you as a friend. Love you like you were my sister and I will miss you so much. Rest In Peace my dear friend.

Camping trips, birthday celebrations, special occasions, and holidays will never be the same without you, Pia. You were the life, the strength, and the direction that always kept our "troops" moving. Thank you for helping me and Rey raise Ryan and Ria like they were your own. Rest in peace, our dearest Tita Pia. We will miss you a lot.

I met Pia through our dear common friend Hazel in the mid-80s and she was this luminous, bubbly, spirited and caring person. If I know a little of how television worked then, it's because she would let me hang out in her workplace and generously share her own circle of friends and workmates. A lovely, bright light gone from this world to the next. Deepest condolences to her husband and daughters.

Dear Mr. Paul Sanjurjo and Family,
My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. While I had only know Pia for a few years, her smile and personality was infectious and will certainly be missed in the office. You should know that she spoke very highly of her daughters and was so proud of them.
With sympathy,

Dear Paul, Erlinda and Hannah,
You have my deepest heartfelt condolences. I mourn with you all. I feel your pain within my heart.
You should know what brought a big bright smile to Pia’s face was her family. Especially when she shared swim meet results, project pictures, recent graduation photos and we can’t forget her boy… ACE!
I know Pia will be missed as a sweet and caring wife and a devoted mother but, for me she will be missed as my friend. The Holy Writings say regarding friendship, “A true friend shows love at all times”. Pia was loving, kind and generous. I am so happy to have had Pia in my life as a good friend. She will be missed dearly.
Sending this note with love, hugs and sympathy.
