JOOEEEE... I am heartbroken that you are gone. It kills me that I didn’t know our last fat sandwich dinner was our final one. I can never thank you enough for being there for me through some of the hardest times of my life.. you were always there to support me and you were never afraid to be honest with me and tell me what I needed to hear, especially in such a vulnerable time for me. You were an amazing friend to me and an amazing coworker. I miss hearing you start a howl in the yard or taking twenty minutes to let a dog out of the yard because they were going home. If I had only known you would’ve been gone, I would’ve let you take an hour to send him or her out. I cannot thank you enough for the kindness and compassion you showed every single dog that you ever knew. You understood them like no one I’ve ever seen. I always knew that if I needed to count on someone to take care of 1 through 100 dogs, I could count on you. That they would all be happy healthy and safe. You were one of my best friends at PPC, and I cannot believe that I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye. I love you and I miss you Joe. I pray for your family that they can stay strong and hold on to your memories, I know I will. Rest In Peace Joe.

Seeing Joe during the last 12 years at Preferred Pet Care was like seeing a loving family member. Our Chippy Shane loved Joe as we all did. He was such a sweet man. It was an honor and a privilege to have known Joe. May his memory be for a blessing and May he Rest In Peace.

Joe, we know you for years and years and years. You cared for our wonderful dogs Suki and Tai. You were there in West Orange when Preferred Pet Care first opened. It is so long ago I do not the year. You were there when Seth and everyone moved to Maplewood. You were always apart of Preferred Pet Care. And you loved those dogs. You will be missed.

Joe, you were always so kind in that if I asked you for anything, you would always be there for me. I still can't believe this and still in shock. We had a lot of great memories at Preferred Pet Care. I'm so glad I met you and worked with you the years I was there. Going to miss you, RIP.

We sure had great times, little brother, from toddlers to grown ups, from winters on the Duck Pond and Floods Hill, to summer bbqs and lighting off fireworks, we caused quite a ruckus but it was always worth it. To the holidays spent with family and friends and days like the one in this picture of you at St James Gate in Maplewood. I will miss these times more than ever. Love you to the moon and back, infinity. God Bless your good soul. XOXO...

How long ago was it Joey, Elaine, and Grace came to California? I remember hanging at the beach with Elaine working on our tans and Joey coming back from his day in LA.....he wasn’t overly impressed with Melrose and the Hollywood tourist scene. We sure laughed.....my deepest condolences.......I am very saddened by his untimely passing.
