Obituary of Blanche Harrison

Blanche  Menschner  Harrison, 100 of Warren formerly of Short Hills passed away on August 11, 2021 at The Chelsea at Warren Assisted Living.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave, Short Hills, on Monday, August 16^th at 10:00 AM. Interment will be held at St. Teresa's Cemetery, Summit. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood on Sunday, 2-5 PM. Blanche was born in Newark and had lived in Short Hills for over sixty years before moving to Warren in December of 2013. The Harrison family were members of St.Rose of Lima Church since 1950. Blanche was a member of St.Rose’s Women’s Guild for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband Vincent J. Harrison Sr., son Peter Harrison and daughter Julia A. Harrison. Blanche is survived by her two sons Vincent J. Harrison Jr. (Jane) and Thomas Harrison (Cheley) as well as 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
