Sampur Sing, 60, of Newark, passed away at University Hospital in Newark on Tuesday February 15^th, 2022.

Vistitaion will be held on Saturday, February 19^th, from 12:00-1:00 PM, with the Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 PM, at Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Avenue, South Orange. Interment is Private.

Sampur was born in Point Fortin, Trinidad. He moved to the US and settled in Newark over 27 years ago, and he worked as a Warehoue Foreman for Garden State Lumber in Oakland, NJ for 26 years.

Sampur is predeceased by his parents Sew and Rookmin, and brother James Soodeen. He is survived by his wife Chandai Deonarine, children Sunil Singh and Anil Soodeen, and his sister Bella Rampersad.
