Obituary of Janet Eng-Wong

Janet S. Eng-Wong, 73 of South Orange passed away at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

The family will be receiving friends at Preston Funeral Home 153 South Orange Ave, South Orange on Tuesday, August 23^rd from 3:00 - 6:00 PM, followed by a service at 6:00 PM.

Janet was born in Newark, and has lived in South Orange for 43 years. Janet worked as a Crossing Guard for the Maplewood Police Department. She also worked as a secretary at Seton Hall University for Campus Ministries and ROTC.

Janet is survived by husband Paul Eng-Wong, children Christopher, Lisa and Tyler Eng-Wong, siblings Ronald Eng, Doris Chiang, Nancy Konchalski, and Brenda Eng-Bott. She was predeceased by her father George Eng, her Mother Mee Hoo Eng and her sister Jane Hoff.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.
