Obituary of Richard H. Thornley

Richard H. Thornley, 79 of Maplewood passed away on October 1, 2022 at  Beth Israel Hospital, Newark.

Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood on Tues, Oct 4^th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at Morrow Memorial United  Methodist Church, 600 Ridgewood Rd, Maplewood on Wednesday, Oct 5^th at 11:00 AM.

Richard was born in Brooklyn, NY and has lived in Maplewood all his life. He graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree from Darmouth College in 1965. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University. Richard worked as a Manager for Mulberry Metal Products in Union, NJ for 42 years.

Richard is survived by wife Linda C. Thornley, daughters Amanda Scherer, Sarah Thornley & Meghan Montgomery, sisters Susan Thornley  and Elizabeth Hurst and nine grandchildren.
