Dear Dee & Family, There are so many beautiful memories of Zenolia, aka Chicky (after attending and coming home from Central State). We spent every childhood summer together at the Binford family home in Long Branch…four cousins laughing and sidestepping all the imposed discipline of the Aunts & Decatur. Sitting on the front steps getting our hair braided, and watching the street drama. Both Zenolia and Deloria were outstanding seamstress who learned their skills from Grandma Binford and Aunt Bernice. If you didn’t sew a straight, even stitches it was pulled out! Chicky was the most stylish and forward thinking fashion queen. Just don’t let her give you that “look”…If you’re not afraid you should be! A devoted sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend who will be missed and always remembered with a smile. LovePeace and Blessings Mary Ann
