To charles family, Iam so sorry to hear of the loss of charles. He was such a sweet boy , always so positive and such an amazing smile. I never heard him complain . I’m so happy I had a chance to see him When he was in the hospital . And even though the outcome was to be dismal he still talked and smiled . He was so brave and he will Be missed and always remembered . Love lydia NP NYU
