I only knew Don for a few months, through our job together at Hutton. Don was very professional with his work, he knew the business, stayed on top of things, and was always eager to please. He truly cared about the work we did. Though we worked remote, apart from each other, we spoke usually at least once a day if not more. I was impressed with the way he never got flustered, and dealt with any issues calmly, I always had the sense that he had pretty much seen it all before, so didn't get rattled. We didn't speak a whole lot about things outside of work, but I knew he was excited about his new home, he sent me a picture of the moving truck on moving day. Don will surely be missed by me and others at Hutton.

Dearest Theresa & Family, Don’s life was a special gift to us all.. some shared a personal love and that must have been outstanding! As for me Don and I were business friends. We worked together and collaborated on some tedious projects. I was great full for the knowledge and expertise Don shared very Professionally. We have not seen each other for a while yet Don did not miss a holiday greeting or keeping me informed about his work or even a special family occasion. I will miss our friendship and pray for you and Hope Don has peaceful rest in the arms of Our Lord! Thank you Don for your service to our country too! Angelo Del Russo

Theresa darling, The love you and Don have for each other was apparent to everyone who knew you two! The flowers delivered to your job for birthdays, anniversaries and for no reason at all were enjoyed by all your coworkers! We would say ‘he’s done it again!’ And people would race to the back room to see the glorious bouquet.. I personally loved Don who I called ‘TJ Hooker’ and loved to say things in his ear to make him blush! NOBODY blushed like Don! He was so funny and kind! He actually hired a truck to help me move furniture into my new apartment after the fire. What a guy! One of my favorite memories of Don was Drew and I coming over to your house for the season finale of ‘Mad Men’ oh the laughs we had! Don imitating that French girls song STILL makes me smile even now! Dons laugh, his spirit, the wineglass in his hand, his hilarious comments about my hair are all things I will carry in my heart forever! How blessed you are Theresa for having him as your husband for all these years! We will miss him physically being here but just know his essence is here and will be with you always… Love you ‘T’. Words can’t express the pain I feel right now…I always felt so special to share the same birthday as my Uncle Donald. He never missed a birthday to shower me with the most beautiful flowers and gifts and spoil me every holiday even as a 40+ year old niece! Not only did he spoil me but all 5 of my children every birthday, holiday, or special event in their lives. My Uncle was one of the most loving, hard working, giving, and oh so funny who could tell the best stories! I promise to continue my journey in life we talked often about and continue to be the “mother goose to my flock” (as you called me!) and raise my children, especially your Princess Gianna to always know just how special and dear you were to us all. To Theresa and our family, may God give us all the strength and wrap us in His infinite love and comfort. Love, Erica

I had the pleasure of meeting Donny after working and becoming friends with Theresa. Donny and Theresa became an inspiration to me as both a couple and individuals. A memory that always has stayed with me is when Donny would come into the store to see Theresa and she'd light up as soon as she saw him. I will never forget theyvwaybthey looked at each other. Their smiles and love are unmatched. I wish your family peace through this difficult time.
