It saddened me to hear of Oswaldo's passing. We met about 1980. I became a C.U R.A. board member, he was the Executive Director with Gloria Plaza as the Deputy. He was a kind smart man, yet semingly quiet, with a vision that embraced and transformed his chosen field. He was loved by many and respected as a person, a leader and a great inspiring professional in the therapeutic community. I carry many good memories of our interactions, our travel, holiday parties and time spent together over the years.His loss will be felt, yet his legacy will live on for many to emulate.
