I loved spending time with you both whilst on holiday in NJ
Jack would always greet me with a big smile, beer in hand “well look who they let back in!!” Always made me laugh and we had plenty of those.
We had a wonderful family day out at six flags last August. Molly & Doreen took care of Henry and William. me, Calv, Frankie and Harriet took Jack, he saved me from having to do the big rides which was a wonderful relief, Jack came off those rides just as excited as my teenagers.
we had a scream going around the lazy river, lost count the amount of time Jack came out of those rings, rings and children going all ways it’s was a fun day.
We had some good evenings at 9th Ave resulting in some sore heads, not sure if the headaches were from the cocktails or the singing.
On a visit to Dublin, I found myself having Guinness for breakfast in temple bar, Jack loving everything about Ireland I had to FaceTime him, he picked up (school boy error, nobody picks up to a drunk Sarah!)
we then headed to the Jamesons distillery for a tour, The Jamesons motto Sine - Metu meaning without fear once again made me think of my mate Jack. Jack doing 5 levels of Latin in 3 years obviously knew this however I’m pretty sure he enjoyed my photo spam of the trip.
I’m going to miss waking up to some of his questions like
Hey do British people traditionally have a middle name? - yes Jack mine is Louise.
And
What do you British people call colostomy bag? - a stoma!!
I only had the pleasure of knowing Jack for the past six years. however to have him for six years is better than not having him at all, he will remain in my heart forever, and will be sorely missed by many.
