Marcia Joan Barrett

Marcia died September 11, 2024. She was born on April 22, 1956 in Summit, NJ.

She grew up in Short Hills, NJ and was the youngest of 4 children. She graduated from Millburn High School where she was a majorette.

Marcia moved to Florida in 1983 and was well liked in her community. For 50 years she always had a cat for love and companionship. Marcy was a sweet, kind person who lit up a room with her smile and wit.

She was predeceased by her parents Dorothy and Walter Barrett, her brother Joseph Larkin Barrett, her nephew Daniel Barrett Spiegel and her cousin Gregory Dillon. She is survived by her sisters Dr. Barbara Barrett and Cynthia O’Brien and her family and cousins who she treasured.

Funeral services are private.
