Mrs.Prach was our fearless Girl Scout Leader. Kathy Prach, Beth Haberle, Lisa Ernst, and I thrived under her loving tutelage.We had the best time camping and giving back to the community. I always thought Mrs. Prach was so beautiful. She was 16 years younger than my mother and had the most stunning long, thick blond hair. I didn't know any moms with long hair and I was mesmerized. She ALWAYS made me feel welcome at Prach Central at 18 Old Short Hills Road. That's where EVERYONE gathered. All of the Prach kids were stars. Mark played football, like his papa, Kathy was a cheerleader and Susan a Majorette in high school. I was a weird, unpopular, theatre nerd. I was so honored to be a part of the Prach household when I visited and to be amongst all the really cool popular kids who were football players. Mrs. Prach always made me feel welcome. She had such a big loving heart and exhibited what I like to call radical hospitality.
