Obituary of Pamella Joan Moore

We are heartbroken to share that Pamella J. Moore has passed away.

Before dementia robbed her of her memories, my beautiful, elegant, adventurous Mom with a hint of a gambler’s heart was born in Georgetown, Guyana on January 29, 1936, she passed away peacefully at 88 years old.
 

While both working in sports, she met and married my Dad, Neil G. Moore. Once the kids, Wayne and Caroll Ann were born, they included us on many adventures, sometimes taking us out of school to join in the fun.

In 1979 due to a tragic accident, my brother Wayne predeceased her. Of course our little family was never the same. We resettled in America and after becoming citizens, we resided in Brooklyn and New Jersey. Keeping family close along with old friends and making new ones, we continued our adventures.

She is survived by her Husband Neil, Daughter Caroll Ann, Sister- in- law Norma and a host of family and friends. She will forever live in our hearts.
