Obituary of Mantoria Achaibar

Mantoria Singh Achaibar, 83, of Maplewood, N.J., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, at home. Visitation will be held at the Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood on Wednesday, Jan. 3, from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Rosedale Crematory, 408 Orange Rd., Montclair, N.J., on Thursday, Jan. 4, for time please visit jacobhollefuneralhome.com. Mantoria was born in Clemwood, Demerara River, Guyana, South America, and had resided in Maplewood for over 35 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Jaigobin Achaibar; devoted mother of Chitra Prasad, Swarupa Singh, Aruna Jaggan, Ravi Achaibar and the late Jaikisan Achaibar. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations to Barnabas Health Hospice, 95 Old Short Hills Rd., West Orange, N.J. 07052, would be appreciated.
