We had the privilege to get to know Bill and Marianna at their Florida home in Highland Beach. Bill truly was bigger than life and was a big part of our community at OTN. He worked very hard as a board member and always strived to improve the building for all. We will miss his warm smile and great sense of humor. The beach will never be the same without him to visit with.
He will be truly missed! Our heartfelt condolences to Marianna and their family.

Marianna and family, I’m deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. Bill was a special person and it was always fun to be in his company. I’ll never forget watching him put up the star in the tree at Christmastime by shooting the rope over a high branch with the bow and arrow. Sending you all deepest sympathy and big hugs on your great loss.

Marianna and Family,
We were saddened to hear the news of Bill's passing while on an Ocean Terrace budget meeting call tonight. It was nice to hear everyone speak so highly of him, and for the brief time we knew Bill, we found him to be very pleasant and interesting. Please accept our sincere condolences.

Bill was one in a million; I was honored to spend time with him, in good times and in bad. He was a true friend, he loved everyone he knew, and was kind to people he did not personally know. He really was a special human, he had the ability to make you feel like you had known him all your life. Bill, you will be so missed by all of us, you were such a bright light in our lives. Marianna and family, you were blessed to have him, as I am sure you know. I wish I could be there to celebrate the life of someone so special. We will never forget Bill and his larger-than-life personality. RIP dear Bill, sending hugs and condolences to all the family and friends who are grieving now. I am joining in your sadness.

I was fortunate to have worked with Bill for many years. He was the one who would ask the question on everyone's mind that no one else would ask. Good guy. Good friend. GREAT person. RIP.

Knew Bill for 40 good years, as a client, mentor and most importantly as a decades long friend. He did a lot more for me than advice on my golf game for which I am eternally grateful.
It was ironic that I got the call from Maryanna in a supermarket aisle having arrived the night befor in Hilton Head where we happily hosted Bill and Mariana and more often met them in Newark for N.J. PAC, always enjoying their company.
Condolences to Mariana and the rest of the Noto bfamily
