Mrs. Eleanor Cantlupe Marcantonio, 76, of Summit, formerly of Springfield and Millburn, died on Saturday, March 17, 2007, at home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. James Church, 45 S. Springfield Ave., Springfield, on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment is at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. For more information or to send condolences, please visit jacobhollefuneralhome.com. Born in Newark, Mrs. Marcantonio lived in Springfield for 20 years and Millburn for 25 years before moving to Summit five years ago. She was an administrative assistant at the Summit Medical Group, Summit, since 1994. She also worked as an administrative assistant at First Fidelity Bank of Newark, Millburn and North Plainfield for 25 years. Mrs. Marcantonio was a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Guy R. Bosworth American Legion Post 140 of Millburn. Mrs. Marcantonio was the devoted mother of Susan Smith, Albert Marcantonio, Roberta Marcantonio and Carolyn Potter; loving grandmother of Cameron and Hillary Smith, Douglas, Steven and Brenna Potter, and dear sister of Roberta Majewski and Joan Driver. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association, 1 Bleeker St., Millburn, N.J. 07041 would be appreciated.
