Obituary of Thomas Kielty Sweet

Thomas Kielty Sweet died June 12, 2008, in Manhattan after a prolonged illness. There will be a gathering to remember his life on Thursday, June 19, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, N.J. Much of his life was dedicated to his former job at Fountain House, where he had for over 20 years helped members work their way toward better lives. His memory will be treasured by his adored children, Megan and Roger Sweet of Maplewood; his former wife, Mary Beth Sweet; his parents, Roger and Ann; his brothers, Adam and Ben Sweet; his sisters, Lydecke Sweet, and his very special friend, Danielle DiMonda, as well as his Fountain House colleagues. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be sent to Fountain House at 425 W. 47th St., New York, N.Y. 10036.
