Obituary of Josephine J. Lepre

Josephine J. Lepre , 92, of Union, formerly of South Orange, died on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, in Manor Care Nursing Home, Mountainside. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Arrangements are by the Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, Maplewood. Born in South Orange, Josephine lived in Union. She was a bookkeeper and worked for various banks from the late 1950s and then with the Chase Bank in Parsippany before retiring in 1978. Josephine was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in South Orange. She was the beloved aunt of Carol F. Dakin and is also survived by four grand-nephews.
