Dear family - I was so saddened to learn the news of Joe's passing, and regret that I will not be able to attend his wake or service, but do want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. J&C has been a long tradition at NJ American Water (or as better known to Joe, Commonwealth Water Co.) helping to install miles of water mains and service lines, pump stations and tanks over the decades he did business with us. He was always willing to drop what he was doing to help us when we needed help most. His quick smile and friendliness will always remain in my memory. He was the last of the 'old gang' contractors and a true gentleman. He will be sorely missed, but not forgotten. May the fond memories of Joe continue to live on in your hearts.
