Obituary of Michael Pedalino

Michael Pedalino, 50, of Maplewood, N.J., passed away at his home on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012. A memorial luncheon will be held at the Above Restaurant, 1 South Orange Ave., South Orange, N.J., on Sunday, Aug. 5, at 1 p.m. A special ceremony will be held at a later date on Cape Cod, where Michael spent many happy times. He was employed with the Metropolitan Plant Exchange in West Orange, N.J., from 1987 to 2012. He graduated from Rutgers University in Newark, N.J., with a B.A. Throughout his life, Michael had a combination of goodness and strength, which allowed him to face his final illness with great courage. He was an enthusiastic gardener, and enjoyed working on cars and finding and fixing up old things. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was the beloved son of Janice and the late Michael D. Pedalino; devoted brother of Cathy Pedalino, Barbara Morse and her husband, Paul, and Cynthia Moesch and her husband, Andy, and loving uncle of Miles, Nicole and Jason Morse, Cristina Rocco, Marlise and Annaliesa Moesch.
