Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. I know you will miss your loved one very much, but as you cherish fond memories. I hope you will find comfort in these reassuring words in the Bible at James 4:8 “Draw close to God, and he will draw close to YOU” during this difficult time.

Many fond memories of riding trains with Dick and Adele. Dick was a wonderful man--an inspiration and a tireless adviser, troubleshooter, and deal-doer for many people involved in historical railroad preservation. Not too many people around like Dick.

Dick was a very valuable member or our historical society, serving as President on several occasions. He was also our Santa on our Santa Train for many years and brought joy a many, many children. He had a sharp mind and was a great story teller.
He will be sorely missed by all who knew him and my condolences go out to Adele and the rest of Dick's family.
