Mai Ngoc Tran Gentle and kind-hearted
Mai Ngoc Tran was taken to heaven on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, Fe. 28, at 11 a.m. at Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange, N.J., followed by interment at Hanover Cemetery in East Hanover, N.J. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, Feb. 27, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. For more information, please visit prestonfuneralhome.net.
Mai was a gentle and kind-hearted woman who devoted her life to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also loved nature, animals, and traveling. Mai is survived by Roland DeLapierre, Marie-Jeanne Schott, Beatrice Nguyen, Hoa Lam, Kelvin Tran, Dong Tran, Thu Ung, Lan Tran, Kim Villa, Marlena Tran, and Darlene Murray.
