To Bill's family: Please accept our heartfelt condolences and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I have very fond memories of working with Bill on nuclear and fossil related projects covering three decades at PSEG; I especially recall the long hours and days we spent together during the licensing, engg, construction, and startup of Hope Creek Generating Station. Bill was always the professional, driven towards results, and yet ever aware of the need to balance that with the people-side of our business and to be fair with all his co-workers. I will truly miss Bill, and may his soul rest in peace.
