Obituary of Reynaldo Emmanuel Tecson

Reynaldo Emmanuel Tupaz Tecson, 52, of South Orange, N.J., died suddenly on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at East Orange General Hospital. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady Of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, on Monday, Feb. 25, at 9:30 a.m. Entombment is in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Visitation will be held at Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange, on Sunday, Feb 24, from 2 to 6 p.m. Born in Manila, Philippines, Reynaldo earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the Lyceum of the Philippines University. A South Orange resident for 28 years, he was the office manager in the medical practice of his sister, Maria Vida Tecson, M.D., in Millburn, N.J., since 2004. Reynaldo was the beloved brother of Flor Tecson-Tumang M.D., Rolando, Bella, Maria Vida Tecson M.D., Cynthia Tecson-Seda, Alma Tecson-Scamardella, Donato III, Donato Jesse IV and Melody Tecson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations to Tecson Family Funeral Fund, c/o Flor Tecson-Tumang, 355 Grove Rd., South Orange, N.J. 07079 would be appreciated.
