Obituary of Annette L. Murphy

Annette L. Murphy (nee Slattery), 68, of Manasquan, N.J., formerly of Maplewood, N.J., died with her family at her side, in Manasquan, on Saturday, Oct 11, 2014. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady Of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, N.J., on Wednesday, Oct 15, at 10:30 a.m. Interment is at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Born in Rahway, N.J., Annette lived in Maplewood before moving to Manasquan 10 years ago. She loved the time she spent with her grandkids and, although she will be greatly missed by her children, they will take comfort in knowing their Mom will be happy being reunited with her husband, Peter Sr. Annette was the beloved wife of the late Peter J. Murphy Sr.; devoted mother of Melissa Freud and her husband, Robert; Kimberly Murphy, and Peter J. Murphy Jr. and his wife, Francesca, and dear sister of the late Dennis Slattery. She was the loving grandmother to PJ., Patrick, Charles, Declan, Finley, James and Timmy.
