Obituary of Margaret K. Brutofsky

Margaret K. Brutofsky, 84, of Maplewood, N.J., passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016, at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at the Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange, N.J., on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 9:30 a.m. thence to Our Lady Of Sorrows Church in South Orange, where a Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment is at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, N.J. She was employed by New Jersey Bell/Verizon in South Orange and Newark, N.J., for 22 years, retiring in 1979. She was also an active member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in South Orange. Margaret was the beloved sister of Helen Brutofsky and dear cousin of MaryAlice Davis, Kevin MacEachern, Kathy Post and William MacEachern.
