Obituary of Suzanne Black

Suzanne Black, 90 of Summit, died on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Spring Meadows Assisted Living, Summit. Relatives and friends are invited to "Words of Remembrance" at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., Short Hills on Monday, March 20th at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:15 AM. Interment at Fair Mount Cemetery, Chatham. In lieu of flowers donations to The Humane Society would be appreciated. In recent years, she was a teacher's aide at Christ Church Nursery School, Short Hills. Suzanne was predeceased by her husband Edward Black and her daughter Christine Wilke. She is survived by her daughter Katherine Becker, grandchildren Danielle Speckhart, Adam Becker, Rachel Petev, Chelsee Opalka, Matthew Wilke and her great grandchildren Kyle, Margaret and Anna Speckhart, Mimi and Elijah Petev, Samantha and Melissa Opalka and Solomon Becker.
