Obituary of Lynette P Robinson

Lynette Allsopp Robinson, 70, of Maplewood, N.J., passed away at home surrounded by her family on March 29, 2017. Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral service at Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange, N.J., on Tuesday, April 4 at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A brief prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 5 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Hollywood Cemetery, Union, N.J. She received a B.A. from Baruch College in New York City. Lynette was an executive secretary at AIG Insurance Co., New York, N.Y., from 1987 to 2007. She was predeceased by her husband, Lorenzo Robinson. She is survived by her loving daughters, Tracee and Sharie Robinson, and her dear brothers, Patrick, Arnold, Clyde and Joseph Allsopp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
