To the family of Shirley Ward
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4
The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. As we have previously noted, the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. ‘But surely that is wishful thinking!’ for some may say. For words of encouragement please go to JW.org
Sincerely,
Roberta

Karen, just heard from my sister about your mother's passing. I have such good memories of your grandparents, especially "Aunt Christina". She would come to visit us in Perth Amboy, bringing stacks of National Enquirer. Or we would visit at the apartment in Newark. God bless you and comfort you on the loss of your mother.

Karen,
Karen, I am so sorry to hear your Mom passed away. Since she lived in the apartment next to my Mom, I saw Shirley often and she was always cheerful. You were the most devoted daughter of anyone who had a parent at the Wynwood by far. You two had a very special relationship. It was nice seeing you whenever we both were visiting our parents. My sincere condolences to you. - Judy

Dear Karen...We are so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was the bright, smiling, familiar face we saw every time we visited my mom at the "Wynwood". We can still hear your Mom saying "Karen, I love you." She loved you so very much and nothing could ever take that away from her. Sincerely, Barbara and Fred DeChristopher

Karen, Nick and I were both saddened to hear about your mom's passing. I see from the other notes below that she still had her wonderfully cheerful personality with her until the end. That is the way I will always remember her. She was one of the nicest and happiest people I've ever met. As we say in the Greek Orthodox religion, "May her memory be eternal."
I know you will always have your memories of her and will treasure them always. With them, she will always be with you.
With Love,
Barbara and Nick

Karen I want to extend my sincere sympathy to you on the passing of your cherished and beloved mother Shirley. I have known and loved her for almost 17 years. I have fond memories of us going on outings when she was at the assisted living . When I would arrive she would say let's get out of here. Where are we going? Whether it be the dollar store, Dunkin donuts for a sundae, pizza , Wendy's or just ride but as soon as we were near the assisted living she would say we are back at this place again. Shirley was a very sweet, gentle , kind and loving person. Her smile would light up a room. I will certainly miss Sunshine Shirley. She will forever live in my heart. May you rest in peace with no pain and suffering. Shirley you are now in the hands of God in your eternal resting place. Shirley's spirit will live on forever. To know her is to love her. I love and miss you Shirley.
