Obituary of Margaret Murray

Margaret “Peggie” Drury Murray, 81, of Short Hills died peacefully on January 6, 2018, at Center for Hope Hospice, Scotch Plains. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11:15 AM on Wednesday, January 10th at St. Rose Of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave, Short Hills. Visitation will be at St. Rose of Lima Church on Tuesday, January 9th, from 5:00-8:00 PM. Family and friends are welcome to attend. She worked as a teacher’s aide at Christ Church Nursery School, and also volunteered at St. Rose of Lima as a Religious Education Instructor for many years. Peggie was predeceased by her beloved husband Patrick in 1981. She is survived by her loving children Patrick D., John E., Aileen Ping, Sheila, Michael J. and Matthew J. Murray and nine grandchildren.
