Obituary of Paula M. Hagen

HAGEN Paula M. Hagen Schering-Plough retiree, 61 Paula M. Hagen, 61, of South Orange, formerly of Newark, died on Friday, Dec. 14, 2007, at Saint Barnabas Hospital, Livingston. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at First Presbyterian & Trinity Church, at the corner of Irvington and South Orange avenues, on Wednesday, Dec. 19, at 8 p.m. Interment will be private. She worked at ScheringPlough in Madison for 15 years in the global communications department before retiring in 2004. During that time, she was responsible for employee communications, while also writing executive speeches and articles for internal publications. Ms. Hagen was a church elder at First Presbyterian & Trinity Church, where she also cochaired the Worship Committee. She was the loving daughter of Margaret Etlund Hagen and the late Paul P. Hagen; devoted sister of David Hagen and his wife, Joan, and dear aunt of Bram Hagen.
