The last two days I have thinking of the happy times I spent with Wini. When Wini, Gladys, Margo, Dottie and myself got together we just never seemed to know when to go home. One event really stands out in my mind. When Pope John Pual visited NYC the first time. We took a train from Millburn about six am. and stood in the rain at Battery Park for four hous to see him. Wini brought a golf umbrella, so we did not get too wet. Later we had lunch a did a bit of touring in lower Manhattan. I miss those days and I miss Wini. Now she can play golf as much as she wants.

Your mother leaves the gift of memories of a full life--hold on to them as they are treasures. May they guide you in this time of sadness. My thoughts and prayers are with you. And let time begin its curative powers.
With sincere condolences,
