Obituary of Robert Rivera

Robert Rivera, 45, of Maplewood died on Saturday, April 11, 2009, in Overlook Hospital, Summit. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, on Wednesday, April 15, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., with a funeral service to be held at 7:30 p.m. Interment is private. He was a station agent for the MTA in New York City from 1994 to the present. Robert Rivera graced the world with laughter, love, compassion, and an absolute devotion to family and friends. The best of the best, to all who knew him, Robert will forever be remembered. He is survived by his best friend and wife, Loyda; his life-loving daughter, Maegan; his "mini-me" Tyler, and his extended family, Virginia, Elba, Lillian, Sylvia and Jason.
