Peter P. Moscatelli of South Orange, 88, died on Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, on Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. For more information or to send condolences, please visit jacobhollefuneralhome.com. Born in Scranton, Pa., Mr. Moscatelli resided in South Orange, N.J., for 46 years. He was part owner and textile executive of Columbia Leather & Coating, Kenilworth, N.J., from 1950 until retiring in 2009. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Moscatelli was the beloved husband of Louise Lonero Moscatelli; devoted father of Deborah Di Costanzo; loving grandfather of Peter Di Costanzo and Jennifer Lonczak, and dear brother of Rose Moscatelli, Evelyn Polcaro, Peggy Kellett, and the late Delores Walters, Catherine Di Michele, and Eleanor Colato. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105-1905, would be appreciated.
