Irma Gemsa Allan, 95 of Lighthouse Point, FL formerly of Maplewood New Jersey. passed away at Holy Cross Hospital Ft. Lauderdale, FL on April 12, 2018. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood on Thursday, April 26th at 11:00 AM. Interment Restland Memorial Park, E. Hanover. Visiting hours Wednesday, 4:00 - 7:00 PM. For more information or to send condolences please visit jacobhollefuneralhome.com. Irma was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Maplewood before moving to Lighhouse Point, FL 35 years ago. She was an administrative manager for Prudential Insurance Co in Newark for 35 years. She was predeceased by her husband David Allan, her brothers Frank, Charles, George and Albert Gemsa and her sisters Helen White and Eleanor Klapproth. She is survived by her nephew Alan Gemsa, niece Gail Buchney and stepson Peter Allan, stepdaughter Laurie Allan and many great nieces and nephews.
