I wanted to call Jules today for his birthday. I called every year but regretfully missed last year. Today I learned of his passing and I wanted you to know how sorry I am for your loss. I live in Virginia but I would love the opportunity to visit his site one day and say goodbye. He was a very dear man I met professionally while employed at Wachovia but we became friends. I dreaded the coming of this day but I know he is in a better place and with his family who he missed so much. If you would be kind enough to let me know where he is buried, I would be eternally grateful. Jules once told me that we would meet one day, even if not in this life. I hope he knows how much I thought of him & how sorry I am for not calling sooner. He will be missed.

I am so happy I spoke with you before your passing. Your friendship, loyalty, encouraging words, and stories will surely be missed. You always made me laugh when you spoke about "all your projects you were working on at the desk." We were blessed to have you as a friend and will never forget you.
