So sorry to hear of the great Mr. Pierson passing away. I was among the many extra kids he would find in his house. The man who made the Meatball Parties famous has entered heaven.
God bless you all during this hardship.

My dear old friends,
Growing up, your dad seemed larger than life to me. Seeing him not so long ago, as an adult, he was still larger than life! I have such great memories of your dad (and the whole family) on Montague place and my kids have heard them all. I was glad my older two got to meet your dad and experience all that can be good in a person (and yes to prove that the Pierson stories are true) He was a man with a big heart and a warm smile. I feel blessed to have known him. I wish I could be there to see you at this time as I know how much it meant to my family to see your dad and and Joanie at my mother's mass. Know that I am thinking of all of you and your families. Love and Prayers, Joan

I remember meeting him for the first time, along with Madelaine, at my Family Reunion a few years back. It was great pleasure to meet them both for the first time and get to know a piece of their history. God Bless you all and may Jim rest in peace.
