Obituary of Eulon Gray

Eulon Bass Gray, 79, of Maplewood, N.J., formerly of Orange, N.J., died on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at The Chapel at Short Hills, St. Stephen's Cemetery, 451 Millburn Ave., Millburn, N.J., on Friday, July 19, 2013, at 11 a.m. Arrangements are by The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, Maplewood. Ms. Gray was born in Madison, Ga. She has lived in Maplewood for the past seven years and before that she lived in Orange. Ms. Gray graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in biology and then received her master's in social work from Atlanta University. She was a licensed clinical social worker for the Newark Board of Education from 1962 until her retirement in 2002. She was the beloved mother of the late Charles Frazier and loving friend and godmother of Jackie Lawrence.
