Obituary of Johanna Flynn

Johanna Flynn, 90, of Montclair, N.J., formerly of Hazlet, N.J., passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, in the Little Nursing Home, Montclair. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady Of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, N.J., on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 10:30 a.m. Interment is in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Born in County Cork, Ireland, Mrs. Flynn resided in Hazlet before moving to Montclair three years ago. She was a nurses' aide for many years before retiring. She was an active member of V.F.W. Post 4303, Hazlet, and a parishioner of St. Benedict Church, Holmdel, N.J. Mrs. Flynn was the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Flynn; dear sister of Agnes O'Brien and the late Michael and Daniel O'Sullivan, and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
