Obituary of Alice Marie Laufhutte

Alice Marie Laufhutte, 87, of Covington, Pa., passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015, at the Samaritan House in Wellsboro, Pa., surrounded by her loving family and Tori. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church, 767 Prospect St., Maplewood, N.J., on Wednesday, April 22, at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. James Cemetery in Woodbridge, N.J. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Alice worked for General Accident Insurance before she retired. She loved gardening, playing the organ, and was an avid animal lover. Alice was the beloved daughter of the late Dave and Rose (Moscarelli) Coffey. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Walter; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Cathy Laufhutte of Glen Gardner, N.J.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Debra and Dean Levin of Bridgewater, N.J., and Denise Laufhutte of Parsippany, N.J.; five grandchildren, Joseph, Jacquelyn, Brittany, Christopher, and Peter, and two great-grandchildren, Lucas and Paige.
