Andy was a colleague and friend for over 30 years. He was a remarkable person with many talents: multi-lingual, an attorney and member of the bar in New Jersey, a college professor and educator, a veteran, an historian, a cook, a videographer and for many years a labor relations professional with the Federal government. He was a voracious reader and passionate about his work and all his activities. He was devoted to his wife, Irene. To me, Andy was an advisor, a counselor and a motivator. He was instrumental at critical points in my career; I am forever in his debt. I offer my condolences to his wife, Irene.
